Welcome to our apartment in Altea-Costa Blanca-Spain. A dream location right by the sea with a view of the beautiful bay of Altea, one of the most attractive coastal towns of the Costa Blanca North with a real typical Spanish character. Here, tourism and authenticity complement each other perfectly. The great asset of our apartment, furnished in traditional style, is its ABSOLUTE TOP LOCATION. Right on the sea-first line, with fantastic sea views. On the one side the beach and on the other side you have direct access on foot to the fashionable marina of Campomanes. Community pool. Restaurants and bars within walking distance (2 minutes). 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, TV Vlaanderen, wifi. Price from 452 eur per week to 810 eur per week in high season. For hibernators and longer term we make a special monthly price. Dog allowed in consultation.

• Check in during high and peak seasonal rentals are on Saturday only.
• The appartment is also available for long winter lets, come and enjoy a Winter away from the cold! Check in during low and mid periods at any time.

Outside:

• The appartment is located in a luxury residential gated community Greenwich with beautifull gardens, which is itself located in the luxury yacht harbour or Campomanes.
• There is a beautifull large terras with first line views to the sea and to the lush green garden.
• The communal pool is a very large 20 x 8.5 meters, with an ample seating area with parasols.

• Within walking distance there are bars and restaurants.
• If you go out your door, and walk 50 meters, your on the beach.

• The appartment is located very close to the Altea golf club.
• In the yacht harbour, there are stores, a backery, bars and restaurants, within two minutes walk.
• The supermarket Masymas is 1 minutes drive or five minutes by foot.

• 50% upon reservation (signing rental contract),
• balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
